L's Two Week Report Card

At each doctor's appointment, Leight will get a report card of her development! Here are her "grades" from her two week check-up!

Weight: 7 lbs 13 oz which places her in the 50%

Height: 20 3/4 which places her in the 90% (gotta be the Wardell coming out in her!)

Head: 14.3 which places her in the 80% (thanks to Denny & Royal genes!)

Physical Exam: A+

Development: A+ with a super! comment :)

Special Instructions: She went to the hospital afterwards and received her second PKU Newborn Screen

Next Check-up: at 4 weeks

**If you're wondering what the marbles are about, that's the theme of the pediatrician's office! I was a little puzzled at first but it's actually REALLY cute the way they've done it! I'll try to take pictures the next time we're there!
